HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Add as many items as you want to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you wish to proceed with the order, go to your cart and click checkout. Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and selecting a payment method for your items. We will ship your order within 5 - 7 business days. 

CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER?

Our team works hard to get your order ready to ship as soon as possible. We may not be able to cancel your order upon request.

Your order cannot be updated if it has already been fulfilled. 

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

 

Our team works hard to get your order ready to ship as soon as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request.

If your order has not yet been processed, it can be refunded. Please contact us at sales@kofi-kreations.com with your order number and we can take care of it for you. 

Your order cannot be canceled if it has already been processed.

CAN I REFUSE SHIPMENT?

If you refuse the delivery of your order to avoid payment/taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to Kofi Kreations. This amount is dependent on your country. If you would like to make any adjustments to your address, please contact us at sales@kofi-kreations.com before your order is shipped.

WHAT IS MY ORDER STATUS? 

After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. It may take 5-7 business days to complete an order, not including holidays or weekends. All packages are shipped through United States Postal Service.

If you did not receive confirmation after placing an order, contact sales@kofi-kreations.com to verify your email address. 

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes! Kofi Kreations offers free STANDARD shipping to all US residents with a $40 or more purchase. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Don't have an account? You can use the same email address to create an account and track your order.

Already have an account? First, log into your Kofi Kreations account and select my orders to review your order status. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email. This way you can keep up with its activity while in transit. 

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is fulfilled! Once the courier picks up the package, the tracking number can be used. If the order was packaged on the weekend, it will be updated on the next business day!

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are in McKinney, Texas, north of Dallas in the United States. Our products are sold online throughout the United States and in select locations.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

After careful consideration and evaluation, we have made the difficult decision to no longer offer international shipping services. This decision has been prompted by the increasingly unpredictable nature of customs fees and charges imposed by different countries.

Regrettably, many countries have implemented additional fees and taxes during the customs clearance process, which are beyond our control as a seller. We understand that these fees can come as an unwelcome surprise to our customers, and we want to ensure transparency in our business operations.

It is important to note that these additional charges are imposed by the respective countries and are not something we have control over or can predict. As a result, we cannot assume liability for any fees incurred during the customs process.

While we understand that this change may be disappointing for our international customers, we believe that it is in the best interest of both parties to avoid any potential misunderstandings or frustrations related to unexpected fees. We value your satisfaction and want to maintain a high level of trust and transparency in our business practices.

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE THAT I CAN VISIT?

Our location is reserved for the production and fulfillment of online orders.

CAN I CARRY KOFI KREATIONS PRODUCTS IN MY STORE?

Yes, you can purchase Kofi Kreations products wholesale on Faire. If you see a product that you like not available for wholesale but on our website, please contact us at sales@kofi-kreations.com 

WHY DOESN'T MY PRODUCT LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE? 

Due to the nature of our handmade products, each item is unique. We try our best to be consistent with our products and to photograph them in natural lighting. In saying this, we cannot guarantee that colors will not be distorted in online images.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE ALLIGATOR CLIP, NYLON HEADBAND, AND HAIR ELASTIC?

Our alligator clips are metal prong clips that are great for girls with long, thick, or curly hair. Our nylon headbands are soft, beige nylon that is great for newborns up until your baby has enough hair to switch to our alligator clip. 

HOW ARE YOUR BOWS MEASURED?

We're so glad you asked. All bow measurements are set-in inches. Example 5” x 3”, 4”. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may take up to 5 - 7 days to process due to high demand. If you have not received a shipping notification email, send us an email before your order gets shipped and we will assist you with canceling your order. We are unable to cancel your order once it is shipped out. We are not liable for any mistakes in the order or accidental purchases.

MY TRACKING SHOWS MY ORDER WAS "DELIVERED" BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT.

Packages marked as delivered but are 'not received' are the customer's responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our hands it is the property of USPS, FedEx, or DHL and we have extremely limited information available to us. Please contact your local post office to escalate an investigation on your behalf. We are not able to track down lost packages. Also, we are not liable for any lost packages. We do not issue refunds on lost packages.

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT FOR A REFUND?  

Thank you for shopping at Kofi Kreations. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at sales@kofi-kreations.com to open a conversation on how we may address your concern.

FINAL SALE ITEMS 

Unfortunately, clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

WARNING. Our bows/headbands/hair clips contain small parts which can lead to choking or other severe injuries. Never leave a child or animal unattended while wearing our products. Adult supervision is required. Kofi Kreations is not responsible for any harm or injuries that may occur.

Exchanges - We do not currently conduct exchanges for online hair accessory orders, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at sales@kofi-kreations.com to open a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!

Products are shipped through USPS, FedEx, or internationally DHL.

By placing an order with us, and/or using our products—you agree that Kofi Kreations and its affiliates are not liable for misuse or lack of supervision. Do not leave children unattended or unsupervised while using Kofi Kreations products. Our products are not intended for use in the mouth or around the neck, as this might POSE A CHOKING HAZARD. As of February 2022, we have removed all claims that our headbands do not leave compression marks and will no longer accept a return as defective for this reason.
