PLACING AN ORDER

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order, go to your cart and click "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select a payment method for your items. We will ship your order within 2 - 5 business days.

CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER?

Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order ready to ship as soon as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request.


If your order has not yet been fulfilled, please contact us at sales@kofi-kreations.com with your order number and details on the change.

Your order cannot be updated if it has already been fulfilled.

Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order ready to ship as soon as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, it can be fully refunded. Please contact us at sales@kofo-kreations.com with your order number and we can take care of it for you!

Your order cannot be refunded if it has already been fulfilled.

Can I refuse my shipment?

Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid payment and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to Kofi Kreations. This amount is dependent on your country. If you want to make any adjustments to your address, please be sure to reach out to us at sales@kofi-kreations.com before your order is shipped.

WHAT IS MY ORDER STATUS?

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation within 15 minutes. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your order can take 2-5 business days to be fulfilled. A friendly reminder that business days do not count as holidays and or weekends. All packages are shipped through United States Postal Service.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes! Kofi Kreations offers free STANDARD shipping to all US residents. No minimum purchase amount is required. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Already have an account. First, log into your Kofi Kreations account and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packaged and ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email. This way you can keep on its activity while it is in transit.

Don't have an account? You can use the same email address that you placed your order with to create an account and it will appear under "My Orders".

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. If the order was packaged on the weekend, it will be updated the next available business day!

Where are you located?

We are based in McKinney, Texas north of Dallas in the United States. Our products are sold online throughout the United States and select locations.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Kofi Kreations ships worldwide using either UPS, FedEx, or DHL services. 

Do you have a physical store that I can visit?

Our location is reserved for production and fulfillment of online orders.

Can I carry Kofi Kreations Products in my store?

We are so happy that you are interested in helping us share our products with the world! We are currently focusing on growing and developing our business, and so we are not currently taking on new wholesale applications.

However, if you would like to be contacted once we begin looking for new partners, please contact our support team at sales@kofi-kreations.com.

Why doesn't my product look exactly like the picture? 

Due to the nature of a handmade item, each item is unique. We try our best to be consistent with our products, and to photograph them in natural lighting. In saying this, we cannot guarantee that colors will not be distorted in the online images.

What is the difference between the alligator clip, nylon headband and hair elastic?

This is a great question! Our alligator clips are a metal prong clip that is great for girls with longer hair for the clip to attach to. Our nylon headbands are a soft, beige nylon that is great for newborns up until your babe has enough hair to switch to our alligator clip. 

How are your bows measured?

Were so glad you asked. All bow measurements are set-in inches. Ex. 5” x 3”, 4”.

Order Cancellations

Orders may take up to 2 - 5 days to process due to high demand. If you have not received a shipping notification email, send us an email before your order gets shipped and we will assist you with canceling your order. We are unable to cancel your order once it is shipped out. We are not liable for any mistakes in the order or accidental purchases.

My tracking shows my order was "DELIVERED" but I haven't received it?

Packages marked as delivered but are 'not received' are the customer's responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our hands it is the property of USPS, FedEx, or DHL and we have extremely limited information available to us. Please contact your local post office to escalate an investigation on your behalf but, we are not able to track down lost packages on our end. We do not issue refunds on lost packages.

Can I return my product for a refund? 

Thank you for shopping at Kofi Kreations. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at sales@kofi-kreations.com  to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern.

Final Sale Items - Unfortunately, clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

WARNING. Our bows/headbands/hair clips contain small parts which can lead to choking or other severe injury. Never leave a child or animal unattended while wearing our products. Adult supervision required. Kofi Kreations is not responsible for any harm or injuries that may occur.

Do you offer exchanges? 

Exchanges - We do not currently conduct exchanges for online hair accessory orders, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at sales@kofi-kreations.com to open a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help! 

What carrier do we use? 

Products are shipped through USPS, FedEx, or internationally DHL.

Kofi Kreations® hair accessories which includes hair clips, hair bands, and hair elastics are for use at your own risk. By placing an order with us, and/or using our products—you agree that Kofi Kreations and its affiliates are not liable for misuse or lack of supervision. Do not leave children unattended or unsupervised while using Kofi Kreations products. Our products are not intended for use in the mouth or around the neck, as this might POSE A CHOKING HAZARD.

As of February 2022, we have removed all claims that our headbands do not leave compression marks and will no longer accept a return as defective for this reason.
