We are in McKinney, Texas, north of Dallas in the United States. Our products are sold online throughout the United States, Canada, and in select countries.

Yes, you can purchase Kofi Kreations products wholesale on Faire. If you see a product that you like not available for wholesale but is on our website, please contact us at sales@kofi-kreations.com 

Due to the nature of a handmade item, each item is unique. We try our best to be consistent with our products, and to photograph them in natural lighting. In saying this, we cannot guarantee that colors will not be distorted in the online images.

Our alligator clips are metal prong clips that are great for girls with long, thick, or curly hair.  

Our nylon headbands are soft, beige nylon that is great for newborns up until your baby has enough hair to switch to our alligator clip. 

We're so glad you asked. All bow measurements are set-in inches. Example 5” x 3”, 4”. 

Packages marked as delivered but are 'not received' are the customer's responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our hands it is the property of USPS, FedEx, or DHL and we have extremely limited information available to us. 

Please contact your local post office to escalate an investigation on your behalf. We are not able to track down lost packages. Also, we are not liable for any lost packages. We do not issue refunds on lost packages.

All products are shipped through USPS.

If you refuse the delivery of your order to avoid payment/taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to Kofi Kreations. Orders may take up to 2 - 5 days to process due to high demand. If you have not received a shipping notification email, send us an email before your order gets shipped and we will assist you with canceling your order. Already have an account? First, log into your Kofi Kreations account and select my orders to review your order status. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email. This way you can keep up with its activity while in transit. 

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is fulfilled! Once the courier picks up the package, the tracking number can be used. If the order was packaged on the weekend, it will be updated on the next business day!

Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on [Sundays]. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Damaged Items in Transport: We are not responsible for packages damaged during transport through your local United States Postal Service, or shipping carrier. You must contact these companies directly for damaged packages.

Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at sale@kofi-kreations.com to open a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!

Damages and issues

If you have received a product from us that is damaged upon arrival, we are more than happy to assist you with an exchange. We take great care to ensure that our products are in perfect condition before they are shipped, but occasionally, damage can occur during transit.

However, we would like to highlight that we cannot accept exchanges for products that have been damaged due to the shipping service. Once the package leaves our premises, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier, and any damage caused during transit is beyond our control.

We recommend that you thoroughly inspect the package upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the package itself, we advise you to take pictures as evidence and file a claim with the shipping carrier directly. They will guide you through the process and provide compensation for the damage.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

FINAL SALE ITEMS 

Unfortunately, clearance/sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

WARNING. Our bows/headbands/hair clips contain small parts which can lead to choking or other severe injuries. Never leave a child or animal unattended while wearing our products. Adult supervision is required. Kofi Kreations is not responsible for any harm or injuries that may occur.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges on any of our products, including but not limited to hair accessories, clips, headbands, and hairpins.
  • This policy applies to all purchases made through Kofi Kreations.

By placing an order with us, and/or using our products—you agree that Kofi Kreations and its affiliates are not liable for misuse or lack of supervision. Do not leave children unattended or unsupervised while using Kofi Kreations products. Our products are not intended for use in the mouth or around the neck, as this might POSE A CHOKING HAZARD.

As of February 2022, we have removed all claims that our headbands do not leave compression marks and will no longer accept a return as defective for this reason.
