Returns

Satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, you can return it within 30 days. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. We’re here to help if you need assistance!

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team sales@kofi-kreations.com with your order number, a photo of the damage(s), and a description of the issue (e.g., damaged item, wrong item received).

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).

Inspection and Refund

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.

  2. Refund: If approved, we will refund your original payment method. Please note that it may take several days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Refunds are processed every Monday.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original. Since items sell quickly, this is the easiest way to ensure you get the correct style. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

Any items received back for a return that violate these policies will not be issued a refund.
