At Kofi Kreations, each bow is handmade with care and intention — for her and for you. Because our products are personal hair accessories and for sanitary reasons, we do not offer refunds once an order has been worn or used.
That said, we are moms too, and we believe in doing what’s right. If something isn’t right with your order, we will take care of it.
Returns for Unworn Items
Unworn, unused items in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, at our discretion.
To be considered:

The item must be unworn and unused.

It must be in original packaging.

The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective due to an error on our part, we will gladly offer:

Store credit

If your bow breaks or needs a little love after wear, we offer repairs for a small fee (plus shipping). If a repair isn’t possible, we’ll issue store credit so you can choose a new favorite.
Shipping & Processing

Orders ship within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Once an order has shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery. While we are not liable for lost or damaged packages in transit, we will always do our best to assist.
