Thank you for shopping at Kofi Kreations. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at sales@kofi-kreations.com to open a conversation on how we may address your concern.

Exchanges 

We do not currently conduct exchanges for online hair accessory orders, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at sales@kofi-kreations.com to open a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help! 

Final Sale Items

Unfortunately, clearance items cannot not be refunded or exchanged. 

Defects

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We aim to get it right the first time, which is why we inspect each product 3 - 4 times throughout our quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at sales@kofi-kreations.com with your order # and a photo of the product in question to open a conversation on how we can make this right.

Damaged products must be exchanged within 7 days. 

To be eligible your item must be unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

WARNING. Our bows/headbands/hair clips contain small parts which can lead to choking or other severe injury. Never leave a child or animal unattended while wearing our products. Adult supervision required. Kofi Kreations is not responsible for any harm or injuries that may occur.

OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDERED ITEMS

If any of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out by. If the items are not expected to be restocked within 2 weeks, we will just automatically refund you for those items.

Shipping 

To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address given to you via email.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

By placing an order with us, and/or using our products—you agree that Kofi Kreations and its affiliates are not liable for misuse or lack of supervision. Do not leave children unattended or unsupervised while using Kofi Kreations products. Our products are not intended for use in the mouth or around the neck, as this might POSE A CHOKING HAZARD.

As of February 2022, we have removed all claims that our headbands do not leave compression marks and will no longer accept a return as defective for this reason.
