Kofi Kreations 30-Day Return Policy


You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order if it is damaged or if you received the wrong item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number, a photo of the damage(s), and a description of the issue (e.g., damaged item, wrong item received).

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).

Inspection and Refund

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.

  2. Refund: If approved, we will refund your original payment method. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company. Refunds are processed every Monday.


If you need to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning the original item. Items sell quickly, this is the easiest way to ensure you get the correct style. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

Kofi Kreations® hair accessories, including hair clips, hair bands, and hair elastics, are for use at your own risk. By placing an order with us and using our products, you agree that Kofi Kreations and its affiliates are not liable for misuse or lack of supervision. Do not leave children unattended or unsupervised while using Kofi Kreations products. Our products are not intended for use in the mouth or around the neck, which might pose a choking hazard.

As of February 2022, we have removed all claims that our headbands do not leave compression marks and will no longer accept a return as defective for this reason.
