Made Just for Her
At Kofi Kreations, each bow is handmade with care and love — for her and for you. Because of the personal nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, we do not offer refunds. But we’re moms too, and we understand things happen. If there’s a problem with your order, we’ll make it right.
Exchanges and Store Credit
If your item arrives damaged or defective due to an error on our part, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
To qualify for an exchange or credit:

The item must be unworn.

It must be in its original packaging.

The issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Email us hello@kofi-kreations.com with your order number and a quick note describing the issue. We’ll take it from there with care.
Items that don’t meet these guidelines will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Lifetime Bow Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our bows — for life.
If your bow breaks or needs a little love after wear, we’ll gladly repair it for a small fee (plus shipping). If we’re unable to repair it, we’ll issue store credit so you can pick a new favorite.
Shipping & Processing
- Orders ship within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Need it sooner? Express shipping is available at checkout for an added fee.
- Once your order ships, the carrier is responsible for delivery. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages in transit — but we’ll always do our best to help.
