Forever Guarantee
At Kofi Kreations, we believe your daughter's favorite hair bows should be made to enjoy, not worry about. That's why we stand behind our craftsmanship and are committed to making things right when something goes wrong.
What You Can Expect
Built To Last
Each bow is made with durable materials designed to hold up through playdates, school days, and everyday wear.
Manufacturing Defects
If your bow has a defect due to craftsmanship or production, we will make it right.
There is no time limit on manufacturing defects. We will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to repairs or returns, including return shipping, international shipping, and any applicable customs fees.
Support For Well Loved Bows
For bows that show signs of normal wear over time, we offer repairs for a small fee plus shipping.
If your bow cannot be repaired but the original materials are still available, we may offer a replacement for a small fee plus shipping.
If the original materials are no longer available, we will offer store credit so you can choose a new favorite.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with repair and replacement services.
What Is Not Covered
This guarantee does not cover lost or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
Normal wear and tear, improper use, and damage caused after purchase are not covered as manufacturing defects. However, bows showing normal wear may qualify for our paid repair or replacement options described above.
