Your Kofi Kreations Order: What to Expect
We know how special it is to receive a new Kofi Kreations bow, and we’re just as excited to get it to your doorstep with care and love. Here’s everything you need to know:
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We work hard to keep rates as affordable and accurate as possible.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free U.S. shipping on all orders of $50 or more — no code required. Standard delivery typically arrives within 5–8 business days after your order is processed. Carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery times.
Express Shipping
Need your bows sooner? Express Shipping is available at checkout for delivery within 1–3 business days after processing.
Processing Times
Bows are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships so that you can follow your bows all the way home.
U.S. Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United States. International options are coming soon.
