General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.  

Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses in the United States, Canada, and certain countries. Please verify that we ship to your country by providing your mailing address at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping to all US customers with a $40 or more purchase. Express shipping is available at the customer’s expense.

Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [10] business days of the date of your order. Outside of the U.S. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].

The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Due to the high volume of shipments currently, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping to all US customers with a $40 or more purchase. Express shipping is available at the customer’s expense.

Outside the US shipping policy is below:

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

  1. United States - Taxes are included. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.
  2. Canada - Duties, and taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.
  3. United Kingdom - United Kingdom: 20% VAT is paid at checkout. Orders over 135 Pound sterling may attract additional import duties. Notice 143, packages may not be delivered until additional charges are paid.

    Other international shipments

    There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Kofi Kreations does not have any control over these fees, and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we are not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

    Foreign Transaction Fees

    Kofi Kreations does not charge additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees applied by your bank are not under the control of Kofi Kreations. We are based out of the United States and our ‘home’ currency of American dollars will show up on the final receipt.

    International taxes might be applied depending on your country's tax policy.

    Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods: The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. 

    You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for the EU and Import calculator for the USA.

     The customs value is made up of:

    1. the price paid for the goods
    2. the insurance cost
    3. the shipping cost

      Damaged Items in Transport 

      We are not responsible for packages damaged during transport through your local United States Postal Service, or shipping carrier. You must contact these companies directly for damaged packages.
