Yes, you can purchase Kofi Kreations products wholesale on Faire. If you see a product that you like not available for wholesale but is on our website, please contact us at hello@kofi-kreations.com.

Our alligator clips are metal prong clips that are great for girls with long, thick, or curly hair.  

Our nylon headbands are soft, beige nylon that is great for newborns up until your baby has enough hair to switch to our alligator clip.

Our location is reserved for the production and fulfillment of online orders.

Due to the nature of a handmade item, each item is unique. We try our best to be consistent with our products, and to photograph them in natural lighting. In saying this, we cannot guarantee that colors will not be distorted in the online images.

We're so glad you asked. All bow measurements are set-in inches. Example 5” x 3”, 4”. 

Orders

Browse our shop and add your favorite items to your cart. When you’re ready to check out, click the cart icon and follow the checkout steps by entering your delivery information and selecting your payment method.

All orders are handmade and processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as it ships.

Because our bows are personal hair accessories and handmade just for your child, we do not offer refunds.

Unworn and unused items in their original packaging may be eligible for store credit within 30 days of delivery, at our discretion.

We begin processing orders quickly to get your bows to you as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’re happy to cancel it just email us at hello@kofi-kreations.com as soon as possible.

Once your order has been prepared or shipped, we’re no longer able to cancel it but we’re always here to help if you have any questions!

Products are made when ordered and typically ship within 3–7 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days after your order ships. Express shipping is available at checkout if you need it sooner.

You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Our team works quickly to pack and ship your order, so changes may not be possible once an order is placed.

Orders that have already been fulfilled cannot be updated.

Shipping

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. It activates once the carrier scans your package usually within 24 hours.

All orders are handmade and ship within 3 to 7 business days.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $50.

For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier rates.

Shipping Information

We currently ship within the United States and internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier. International orders may take longer due to customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country. These charges are not included at checkout and must be paid upon delivery.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped, it is handled by the carrier (USPS, DHL, or FedEx).

While we ensure your order is packaged securely and shipped on time, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, damage caused by the carrier, or any customs related fees, duties, taxes, or refused deliveries.

International Orders And Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with returning an item.

If a package is refused at delivery due to unpaid customs fees or duties, the order will not be refunded.

We do not reimburse original shipping costs, customs fees, or return shipping fees for international orders.

You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Returns

Made Just For Her

At Kofi Kreations, each bow is handmade with care and intention for her and for you. Because our products are personal hair accessories and for sanitary reasons, we do not offer refunds once an order has been worn or used.

That said, we are moms too, and we believe in doing what’s right. If something isn’t right with your order, we will take care of it.

Returns For Unworn Items

Unworn, unused items in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery and must be approved before being sent back.

To be considered:

  • The item must be unworn and unused.
  • It must be in original packaging.
  • The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions or shows signs of wear, use, or damage.

Damaged Or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective due to an error on our part, we will gladly offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • Store credit

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Lifetime Bow Guarantee

We proudly stand by the quality of our bows for life.

If your bow breaks or needs a little love after wear, we offer repairs for a small fee plus shipping. If a repair is not possible, we will issue store credit so you can choose a new favorite.

Shipping & Processing

  • Orders ship within 3–7 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
  • Once an order has shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery. While we are not liable for lost or damaged packages in transit, we will always do our best to assist.
  • International orders are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with the return or refused delivery.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during international return shipping.
  • If a package is refused at delivery due to unpaid customs fees or duties, the order will not be refunded and may be abandoned by the carrier.
