Our Commitment To You
Every Kofi Kreations hair bow is handmade with care and attention to detail.
Because hair accessories are personal items, we do not offer refunds for products that have been worn or used.
If something isn't right with your order, we're committed to reviewing your concerns and finding an appropriate solution.
Returns For Unworn Items
Unworn, unused items in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery and must be approved before being sent back.
To be considered:
- The item must be unworn and unused.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions or show signs of wear, use, or damage.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@kofi-kreations.com.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to approval.
Because our products are handmade, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
If your cancellation request is approved before production begins, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Damaged Or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will review your request and offer an appropriate solution, which may include:
- A repair
- A replacement
- Store credit
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Manufacturing defects are also covered under our Forever Guarantee, with no time limit on reporting those defects.

Manufacturing Defects
There is no time limit on manufacturing defects. If your bow has a defect caused by craftsmanship or production, we will review your request and determine whether a repair, replacement, or store credit is appropriate.
Normal Wear
For bows showing normal wear over time, we offer repairs for a small fee plus shipping.
If your bow cannot be repaired but the original materials are still available, we may offer a replacement for a small fee plus shipping.
If the original materials are no longer available, we will offer store credit so you can choose a new favorite.

Shipping & Processing
Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost. Expedited shipping does not shorten our processing time.
